Le Klint Model 105 Pendant Lamp

In 1945, Mogens Koch simplified the cross-pleats in Kaare Klint's original Fruit lamp to create this more stringent lampshade design. Tapered at top and bottom for a shape that is evocative of Japanese lanterns, the Model 105 lamp is available in 2 sizes and hand-folded in plastic and paper.

Mogens Koch was a professor and associate professor of Architecture at Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen for almost 30 years. Known for his classic designs, not only in the field of furniture, but also in architecture, textiles, silverware, and typography, he collaborated with Kaare Klint between 1925 and 1930.
