Marset Vetra Pendant Lamp

The Vetra lamp supplies a glare-free light both downwards and filtered through its blown glass diffuser. Unlike traditional lights, the light source has been placed outside of the the shade, with a completely closed glass diffuser. Joan Gaspar’s design has improved the traditional hand blown glass lamp, to enhance the strength and transition of its illumination.

Joan Gaspar studied industrial design in the school of Artes y Oficios in Barcelona. A major collaborator with a variety of lighting manufacturers including Marset, Santa & Cole and Vilagrasa, he has been awarded prizes for his Atlas and Neón de Luz lamp collections for Marset.
