Pholc Kandinsky 30 Pendant Lamp

Inspired by Wassily Kandinsky’s abstract circle paintings created in the 1920’s, the Kadinsky lamp series is comprised of a brass spear which appears to pierce through the bubble-like, smoked sphere of glass. Evoking the sensation of fragility and precision, the lamp is suspended weightlessly in midair, the brass spear includes a lightsource to provide the focal point and emit a glowing, dimmable illumination.

Mats Broberg and Johan Ridderstråle are the creative force behind Broberg & Ridderstråle. Based in Stockholm, the studio works on mixed architecture and design projects.
