Santa & Cole TMD Floor Lamp

The TMD Floor Lamp was commisioned as a metal version of the TMM Lamp. In keeping with the original design, the shades height can be adjusted like a flag up and down a mast. To create a more table-friendly design, Milá exchanged the original wooden base for metal and the cross-shaped base for a circular one. The design of the cable hanging direct from the fitting serves as the on/off switch.

Miguel Milá represents Spanish contemporary design like no other person. He belongs to the pioneer's generation of the 50s. He has seen many of his pieces of furniture and lamps become real classics.
