e15 North Wall Lamp

Generating an intriguing display of light and form the North lamp series is a poetic light with distinct underlying simplicity. Reduced to a core circular shape, the light playfully signifies abstract geometry or lunar phases, changing its appearance depending on the viewer’s perspective.

Based in Hamburg, Eva Marguerre and Marcel Besau founded their interdisciplinary Studio Besau-Marguerre in 2011. Their design approach generates innovative concepts and products with experimental use of materials paired with striking colour combinations.

Named after the postal code of its first workshop in London, e15 was founded in 1995 with a strong foundation in architecture and design. It is defined by the unique backgrounds of its cofounder and architect Philipp Mainzer together with designer and art director Farah Ebrahimi. In close collaboration with a host of designers, architects and artists, e15 develops original products and supports artistic statements, which reflect the brand’s open approach to diverse cultures and disciplines.
