Nemo La Roche Wall Lamp

La Roche was the first wall lamp designed by Le Corbusier in 1925, originally thought to enlighten the large windows of Villa La Roche, a manifesto of purist architecture.

Internationally influential Swiss archictect and planner, Le Corbusier belonged to the first generation of the International School of Architecture. His designs combine the functionalism of the modern movement with a bold, sculptural expressionism. In 2016, 17 of his architectural works were named World Heritage sites by UNESCO.
