Northern Birdy Short Wall Lamp

The Birdy Short Wall Lamp is part of a series including a table, floor and long wall lamp. Designed in 1952, in a modernist style, the series was produced and sold by the Norwegian electricity company Sønnico (Oslo). In 1954 the lamp was awarded the highly esteemed Golden Medal at the Milan triennale.
