Foscarini Gem Table Lamp
The Gem Lamp has a sculptural hand blown glass shade. Its tactile finish is evident whether illuminated or not. The acid-etched glass defines the rippled effect of the shade and combined with its gold-plated satin aluminium base, its quality and fine craftsmanship are visible but subtle.
Ludovica + Roberto Palomba formed their own studio in Milan in 1994. Combining their expertise in a wide range of design skills, they have received numerous accolades such as the Compasso d’Oro award.Their philosophy is to create objects that interact in an immediate way with the people who choose them, creating an intimate, significant and long-lasting relationship, as testified by the durability of their designs. They have collaborated with Foscarini on numerous products.
